I have found your service to be excellent during all the years I've been with you. I telephone my family every day in England and your service has made it easy and affordable compared with Telstra and AAPT. Many thanks. (LowerCall Australia constantly reviews the call rates of major competitors and endeavours to undercut them)

In January 2008 I switched my account to a company called Optus. I have not been satisfied with Optus and would like to go back to LowerCall Australia which I find much better and cheaper. Can you please re-establish 1428 prefix to be directed to your network. Many thanks. (Most companies insist that customers use preselect. Our customers have the option to manually dial 1428)

I am moving and wish to transfer my 2 new numbers. I am very happy with your service and it always gives me great pleasure when I am called by other telecom resellers , as I often am ,to be able to say that I am already getting better call prices than they are offering.
