What happens next?
PreSelect generally takes 5
working days to activate.
We will contact you once we
have been notified by Telstra that your telephone number(s) have been
accepted. If you want to use LowerCall Australia before PreSelect has been activated,
you can manually prefix numbers with 1428 or 1456 (see
'metro'). This manual option is automatically
activated for all customers approximately 24 hours after signing up.
After your line has been activated
for Pre-Select, you will automatically benefit from our low call rates.
You can dial 12711 to verify that your number has been activated.
